    Hi Sylvia

    Love your work.
    I am trying to get in a routine of doing your workouts however I have a few problems with my knees, and should due to past injury which limit me with some exercises. Please can you advise a work out I can do that won’t aggravate these issues? Thanks in advance. Ann-Marie x
