Todays’ GO-TO back movement to sculpt lean back muscles and arms! NO equipment needed just your own bodyweight.⠀⠀

Today’s focus is on the posterior chain. We are targeting the deep back extensors (responsible for keeping our spine and back straight and strong), glutes, shoulders, external and internal obliques!
 
All responsible for better posture, less rounded of shoulders and reduce back pain.
