Full Body Workout

I’ve complied a few of my favorite workouts for you.  I split them up into 3 sections where I explain each move. Below are the exercises you will combine together and the time sequence to follow…

All you need is a timer or a gym boss for this. I use a timer app I downloaded on my iphone.

Pilates Workout Series of the Day:
Timed workout, 45 seconds of work, 10 second rest, 5 rounds

Pilates Lower Body Workout, Watch the video below

Again…here is how your workout will look:
45 seconds of work, 10 second rest, 5 rounds
