Pilates Mobility of the day! Are you ready for a move that’ll help loosen up your lower back, hamstrings and shoulders?

This may be your favorite one yet…

Set your timer for 5 minutes.
Do 5 reps, rest, 15 seconds, repeat!

 

  • Start in a high plank position
  • Exhale as you pivot around the shoulder girdle into an Upstretch position (aka downward dog)
