5 Min Bodyweight Challenge Workout (better than cardio)

Perform each exercise in order for AMRAP in 5 minutes. Keep good form – if you get sloppy, please take a time out. Train hard, but stay safe. Advanced people: rest one minute and repeat for 2-3 rounds.
A) Sprinter start x 5 each leg
B) Explosive Push Ups x 5
C) Cross body mountain climber x 5
D) Prisoner squats x 5
E) Jumping jacks x 5
