💥Power Packed Oats 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cooked rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 Tablespoon granola
  • 1 Tablespoon dried cranberries

Put everything in a bowl, mix up and enjoy!

    Hello, i was wondering what smoothies you make for your breakfast? I have been using almond milk, whey protein and some type of fruit! I am 47 5 foot 2 i gain all my weight in my mid section and upper arms! I hate this! Could you give me any help!!! your suggestions would be greatly appreciated ! Thank you Pamela.

    Hi Toni, I’d suggest replace one thing at a time. For example, what is your favorite fruit? When you get a craving for something sweet like a candy bar replace it with your favorite fruit. It will take a little time to kick the sugar habit but, by starting and making daily progress will result in kicking the habit. Please let me know how I can further help…Sylvia =)
