The 4-Week Pilates Body Kick Start Program is designed with 3 different Pilates workouts each week. These workouts can be done every other day or consecutively.
However, please be sure to do no less than 3 workouts a week.
In addition to your weekly workout you will find a meal plan on each week. This meal plan is in a PDF format and easily downloadable where you can save it and print it out to hang on your refrigerator.

Read through the entire 4-Week Pilates Body Kick Start Manual, this will give you step-by-step instructions on how to navigate through the program and how to set up your Pilates workouts.
Once you have read through the manual, continue onto Week 1 – Week 4 for the Pilates Body Kickstart workouts.
