Lately I’ve been changing up my workouts…It’s fun to give your workout routine an update and something fresh.
But, I may have just found something that I’ll be keeping in my daily routine.
There’s that one exercise that seems to be the most challenging for women, pull-ups, closely followed by push-ups, a variety of pushups, planks and I can keep listing them.
Last month I was hanging out with my bestie Shawna K. the pull-up queen. She nearly killed me at the local gym with a combo of burpee pull-ups but it was an eye opener for me.
I should be able to do this. Shawna is a mom and 50 years old.
I’ll be turning 39 this month, I have to up my game and I’m also a mom! I have no excuse…
So, here we are in her basement, me attempting a pull-up, she told me to put the band around my upper back and I somehow misunderstood.
It wasn’t all to comfortable and needless to say it didn’t help me much. That was until I turned it around and put it the right way. Opps!
Anyways, after settling down from a fit of laughter she finally gave me the inside scoop of her upcoming new program that she’s been working on, Challenge Fat Loss workout due to release next week…
Watch the video below for a little preview of what I’ve been doing lately >>>>
Here’s why I’m hooked on these Challenge Fat Loss Workouts…
- Intense and challenging in 20 minutes or less
- Workouts are modified and intensified on the video follow along workouts so ANY one can benefit
- Train at home with a minimum amount of equipment, small space with a pull-up (I have one of those over the door hanging ones) bench, one set of dumbbells a jump rope (my new favorite btw)
On the days I go into the local gym I’ve been getting some interesting looks…
Workout planned, Head phones on, jump rope in hand and going about my workout. Maybe it’s the jump roping in the free weight area. I make sure I don’t whip anyone with my jump rope. The regulars are now moving out my way, guess they figured I’m not stopping any time soon…. Pretty cool =)
Stay tuned…I’ll have more info for you soon!
