Back Pain! Such an unpleasant feeling, even worse if it results in surgery. When it gets to the point of surgery the pain is so severe, doctors can only numb the pain with epidurals and strong muscle relaxers.
I’ve struggled with back pain for a fair time in my life, it’s certainly no fun and I was given the choice to get epidurals in my back. I was nervous about that and did everything I could to stay away from it.
The back pain soon got worse, after dealing with slipped discs for a few years I was in a really bad car accident.
A semi-truck crossed right in front of me and I had no where to go. Hitting it at 55mph, thankfully I didn’t go under the semi…
Now it went from slipped discs, thoracic pain, whiplash, shoulder pain, to say the least it was bad =(
I refused to give into pain medications and knew certain movements would help me to regain the mobility in my back.
And…I know I’m not the only one with serious back pain. Luckily I have my go to guy for injuries, Rick, he’s helped me with injuries over the past few years and the good news is, I can still train hard and keep up with Jonah.
