It’s great to make a list of resolutions for the new year. But, think of it as making better choices throughout the year and not just something you do at the start of the year!
Stick to your goal of making a “Better Choice” not just the yearly resolution to getting healthy and fit.
My biggest goal for you this year is the intention of staying committed to your workouts, eating healthy and giving you the accountability and motivation to stick with it.
