Full Body Workout

Memorial Day Weekend is underway! Before you head out for the day to spend with your family and loved ones I put together a workout for you. I split them into 3 sections for you where I explain each move.  You will out the exercises together and follow the time sequence below…

All you need is a timer or a gym boss for this. I use a timer app I downloaded on my iphone.

Pilates Memorial Day Weekend Workout of the Day:
Timed workout, 45 seconds of work, 10 second rest, 5 rounds
